Villa Demetra is located centrally between the towns of Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia and Todi.

The village of Papiano is easy to reach from the E45 route, travelling south towards Rome – Terni. Take the Casalina exit towards Papiano; after approximately 2.5 km, you will see a private road on the right leading towards Villa Demetra.

How to get here

By car

Villa Demetra is located about fifty kilometres from the A1 motorway junction (Orte exit, coming from Rome; Bettolle exit, coming from Florence). It is linked to the E45 route by the Casalina exit, in the direction of Papiano di Marsciano (PG).

By train

To get to Villa Demetra, you can take the San Sepolcro – Terni line and get off at the Marsciano train station. Find information and timetables on www.umbriamobilita.it.
